I am an individual psychotherapist and group facilitator currently working from a private practise in Newick Sussex.
I am passionate about the way we as human beings relate to one another in the world and how that can often be sabotaged by our necessary yet damaging increasing appetite for technological advancement.
My aim is to hold a safe and respectful space for Individuals to come into a group and be truly seen and heard in all their struggles and achievements.
Alongside my interest in human relationships and Individual growth, I also have a love of creating and making messes ! Using recycled goods, or things found in charity shops – I take upcycling to the next level and encourage and teach others to do the same.
I am excited to see how Earthed can hold a group of people in their creative energies!
I used to swan around in a suit. Now I am doing my best to navigate away from concepts like business, careers and consuming, in an attempt to experience whatever exists in their absence.
I experiment with a wide range of activities. I operate by myself, with children or with adults, or with my family – and these things almost always take place Outdoors. I don’t really work as part of any organisation, have no fixed way of earning a living or any concept of a career… so titles are awkward. Some call me a ‘bushcraft instructor’, some a ‘songwriter’… even a ‘rapper’, some a ‘blogger’ or ‘cartoonist’, some a ‘mentor’ or a ‘facilitator’ – but I don’t use any of these words myself. I’m most concerned with getting on with the exploration and the adventure, and letting the rest work itself out…
